Hello, I am the Sheriff's Office Colonel James Andrews, I joined the Sheriff's Office July 14th of 2023. Every since I joined, I set my goal at a head spot, and ever since then, I have strived and worked hard to get my position. My first subdivision was SWAT, I joined at the rank of Deputy 1, and my second subdivision was the Traffic Division. A bit after all this, I left SWAT and join a subdivision named Gang and Narcotics Task Force, which is where I sat at for a while. I worked my way to a Traffic Heads spot, a GNTF command spot, and a CSSO Sergeant position. I eventually got burnt out, and when on department reserves for 4 months, and stepped down to Deputy 1 for around two months. Once I became active again, and was given my Sergeant position back, I worked hard to rank up and potentially achieve a command spot, which I did. I was placed at the rank of Lieutenant for a bit, when one day our Department Operator sent out a heads vote for CSSO, a bit after it was sent out, the results came in. And I was voted for 05 of our department. To this day, our heads and leadership+ team strive to make the department great again.

Hello, my name is E. Garcia, Captain of the Sheriff’s Office and member of the Internal Affairs Agency. I joined the Sheriff’s Office on July 21, 2025, with a clear goal of advancing to CSSO Command. Thanks to the guidance and support of the CSSO Heads and Command team, I was able to achieve that milestone. Since then, I have set a new goal of becoming a CSSO Head, and I have worked diligently to earn my position. During my time here, I have built lasting friendships and developed a strong sense of family within the department. I am truly grateful for where I stand today and remain eager to continue learning from those with greater experience. I applied for CSSO Leadership on May 19, 2025, and since then, I have consistently dedicated myself to serving the department, supporting my colleagues, and offering help whenever needed. With that being said, I will always be here to assist those in need and to provide guidance or support whenever called upon.
Sincerely, Captain E. Garcia
