Hey, I’m Colonel Davon James. I joined the Sheriff’s office back in May of 25. I’m glad I did because it has been a great experience since the first day. When I joined, I had no idea how far I’d be able to go in the department. At first, my goal was to hopefully make it to at least Sgt, then maybe retire. Very quickly, that started to change once I got to know the other deputies in the department. From the Heads all the way down to the cadets, everyone has been pretty solid. I’ve made some really good friends here, and they’ve made my time in the department super fun and easy. CSSO has truly become my family, and I want to see it reach its full potential.
Hello, my name is E. Garcia, Captain of the Sheriff’s Office and member of the Internal Affairs Agency. I joined the Sheriff’s Office on July 21, 2025, with a clear goal of advancing to CSSO Command. Thanks to the guidance and support of the CSSO Heads and Command team, I was able to achieve that milestone. Since then, I have set a new goal of becoming a CSSO Head, and I have worked diligently to earn my position. During my time here, I have built lasting friendships and developed a strong sense of family within the department. I am truly grateful for where I stand today and remain eager to continue learning from those with greater experience. I applied for CSSO Leadership on May 19, 2025, and since then, I have consistently dedicated myself to serving the department, supporting my colleagues, and offering help whenever needed. With that being said, I will always be here to assist those in need and to provide guidance or support whenever called upon.
Sincerely, Captain E. Garcia
