Hey! I'm Undersheriff R. Dillon. I joined the Sheriff's Office in October of 2023. After joining I quickly climbed the deputy ranks and made it to Senior Deputy, there I sat at rank for a couple of months and found my place here within the Gang & Narcotics Task Force. There I stayed at Snr. Deputy and worked my way to the top in GNTF eventually becoming the Commander. After reaching Commander in GNTF I wanted to work my way up to the top in CSSO, as I was unhappy with the direction the department was heading. My goal was to revive the department and bring it back to its former glory. Here I am now, as 102. As Undersheriff, I work every day coming up with new ideas and developing new things to help the department succeed and grow. Apply today and join me on this journey #MAKECSSOGREATAGAIN.

Hello! I'm Chief Deputy B. Johnson and I have been a proud member of the Sheriff's Office since August 2021. As a deputy, I was primally part of the Traffic Unit, serving as its Commander at one point. Since becoming a member of the administration team, in October of 2022 I have served under 3 amazing sheriffs. My administrative position since being promoted has been as the Subdivision Coordinator, in which I oversee all of the specialty units within the CSSO. This department means a lot to me and I hope everyone that joins sees that too. I ready to make CSSO the best it can be. #CSSOONTOP

Hello Deputies,
My name is Deputy Commander J. Banks, Chief of Deputy Development and Recognition. I’ve been with the department for over a year now. When I first joined, I immediately started grinding my way up the ranks and getting involved in subdivisions.
I served as Traffic Co-Commander, then moved on to become SWAT Co-Commander. After retiring, I took on the role of K9 Commander. I later returned to SWAT and served as SWAT Commander for a long period. Currently, I hold the position of G.N.T.F. Commander.
Throughout my time here, I’ve consistently put in the work and gone above and beyond the requirements. That dedication has brought me to where I am today.
I encourage all of you to stay motivated, put in the grind, and get involved with the Sheriff's Office. I want to see each of you ranking up and making your mark!
Deputy Commander J. Banks
